GENERAL INFORMATION:

WHAT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE WITH 24-HOUR BANKER?

  • Apply for loans

  • Check your account balances

  • Order checks

  • BillPay

  • Download transactions to Quicken/Money

  • Confirm which checks, deposits withdrawals, Visa Debit Card and ATM transactions have cleared.

  • Transfer funds between your Security National Bank of Omaha checking and savings accounts.

  • Communicate with us through electronic e-mail

HOW MUCH DOES 24-HOUR ONLINE BANKING COST?
24-Hour online banking is free. After 90 days free, BillPay is just $3.95 per month. This allows you to make up to 10 payments per month to anyone, anywhere. If you need to make more than 10 payments per month each payment is just an additional $.50.

HOW FREQUENTLY IS MY INFORMATION UPDATED?
Transaction information is available up to the minute, including teller transactions, ATM and POS transactions and ACH transactions.

CAN I LOOK AT MY TRANSACTIONS AT ANY TIME?
Yes, with Online Banking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENROLL WITH A CO-APPLICANT BUT I DON'T HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO SIGN ON THEIR ACCOUNT(S)?
You are only allowed access to accounts that you are an authorized signer on. We will notify you by e-mail that we are unable to give you access to that account(s) and require the co-applicant to enroll separately.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY USER KIT?
You will receive your User Kit within 3 to 5 days after enrollment.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY ACCESS ID?
Contact one of our Online Banking Representatives at (402) 449-0987. The Online Banking Representative will verify 3 or more of the confidential items you provided at account registration. Once you have been identified, the Online Banking Representative will mail you the Access ID on record.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
Contact one of our Online Banking Representatives at (402) 449-0987. The Online Banking Representative will verify 3 or more of the confidential items you provided at account registration. Once you have been identified, the Online Banking Representative will mail you a temporary password. This will be a one-time password and is good for 30 days or until your next log-on attempt.

BILLPAY SERVICE:

WHO CAN I PAY USING BILLPAY SERVICE?
You can pay almost anyone in the United States, from your mortgage company to your babysitter. If your payee accepts electronic payments, the merchant may be paid through an electronic funds transfer. Otherwise, the merchant will receive payment via check sent in the mail.

WHAT TYPES OF ACCOUNTS COULD I SET UP ON THE BILLPAY SERVICE?
Currently a checking account is the only account type within the online banking service that we will allow a customer to pay bills from.

HOW FAR IN THE FUTURE CAN A CUSTOMER SCHEDULE A PAYMENT?
The BillPay product has no limitations for scheduling future payments.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A PAYMENT TO REACH THE PAYEE?
It could take 3 to 5 business days to reach the Vendor depending on if the Vendor has the ability to receive the payment electronically or by check.

WILL MY PAYMENT STILL BE SENT IF I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT TO COVER THE SCHEDULED PAYMENT?
If you do not have the funds to cover the amount of the scheduled payment, the payment may not be made and an insufficient funds fee will be charged to your account.

WHAT CAN I USE AS PROOF THAT MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE?
Your monthly checking account statement displays all of your BillPay transactions. You may also view all of the payments you've made through our 24-Hour online banking.

HOW DOES A CUSTOMER CANCEL THEIR INTERNET BANKING/BILLPAY SERVICE?
You must contact our Online Banking Representatives at (402) 449-0987 or e-mail us at info@snbconnect.com in order to cancel the service.
